FAQs: answering before the question becomes a doubt
There are questions almost every customer asks before buying. An FAQ page answers them in advance, before the doubt stops the sale.
Done well, FAQs work on three fronts: they reassure the hesitant, cut repetitive calls and emails, and capture from Google the searches phrased as questions. A triple benefit from one often-neglected section.
How to make them truly useful
Collect the real questions, the ones customers actually ask, not the ones convenient to answer. Give honest, short answers, no dodging, even when the answer is not ideal. Mark them up with the correct structured data, so Google can show them directly in results. And keep them current, because an old FAQ misleads more than it helps.
It is also the content AI loves: clear questions, clear answers, ready to cite.
How we do it: we build FAQs that answer the real questions, marked up for Google and useful for AI search too.
