The case study: show instead of promise

There is a huge difference between saying "we can make nice things" and showing a nice thing made for someone.

A case study is exactly that: take a real client, tell where they started, what you did and what changed. It is not boasting, it is proof. The reader does not have to trust your words, they look at the facts and picture themselves in that client's place.

How to tell it well

Start from the problem, not the solution: the reader recognizes themselves in the problem. With concrete numbers where there are any, but also the honest account of the difficulties. With the client's voice, a line of theirs, worth more than ten of yours. And a clear ending: here is what changed, here is why it mattered.

A good case study works for a long time: it is the ready answer to "but does it actually work?".

How we do it: we turn successful projects into case studies that show real results and convince without having to boast.
