The right words in the right place beat the design
Often what stops a person on a site is not the graphics: it is an unclear word.
The text on a button, an error message, a field label decide whether someone moves on or gives up. "Send" and "Get your quote" lead to the same place, but one reassures and the other does not.
Good microcopy is short, human and honest: it says what happens and removes doubt before it forms.
How we do it: we write every line for the reader, not the seller, so pages persuade without pushing.
